Julia Heineman

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work at Walden University and bring over seven years of experience working with families and within retirement communities. My passion lies in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

I believe in creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and supported. Together, we will explore your goals, uncover your strengths, and work toward meaningful growth and healing. My approach is collaborative—I walk alongside you every step of the way as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
