Paid clinical internships
For master's-level students in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, and Social Work programs. We value diversity, creativity, collaboration, and flexibility — and we support a wide range of clinical interests and specializations.
Paid Internships
$10–$20 per session depending on session length — because your training deserves compensation.
15–20 Hours Weekly
Clinical and non-clinical hours combined, with at least 50% direct client contact.
Full Academic Year
A two-semester minimum placement for depth of learning and continuity of care.
Real Supervision
Board-approved supervisors and structured learning activities alongside client work.
Before you apply
- Internships run a full academic year (two semesters minimum).
- Schools operating on quarter systems, or requiring all direct hours within a single semester, unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
- You may engage in counseling for individuals, families, couples, and/or groups, depending on your interests and program requirements.
- We are not currently accepting applications for licensed clinician positions — check back, or follow us on LinkedIn for openings.
Licenses we are able to support
- Maryland: LCSW-C/LSCW, LCPC, LCMFT, LGPC, LMSW
- District of Columbia: LISW-C/LISW, LPC, LGPC, LGSW
- Virginia: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Residents in Counseling, Residents in Marriage and Family Therapy
Already credentialed with major insurance panels? Great — and if not, we'll work with you to get you paneled with our practice.
